Your artwork/s can be returned within 5 days from the day the artwork/s was delivered to your address in the same packaging format. If the artwork arrives damaged in any way before opening it get in touch with us at info@baletta.com with the artwork's details and a representative will be able to assist you with its return.

The shipping cost will be calculated upon checkout based on your location. You can choose your location from the drop down menu.
Your artwork/s will be packaged and dispatched as soon as you’ve submitted your order and will be at your doorstep after 5 to 7 business days unless otherwise stated by a Baletta representative. All artwork/s are shipped as an express package through our shipping partners. You will receive a tracking reference number to follow your artwork/s’ journey to you!
